This drawing is based on a sketch I made while waiting to meet a friend. I generally hate waiting as I think it’s a big waste of time (but I’m fine if I’ve some reading materials with me). Now I found another way to avoid feeling bad, and all it takes is just a notebook and a pencil.
By the way, I won’t have internet access at home for a while as the person I shared access with moved out. So I might be late in replying to message or email. But it’s good that most coffee shops and cafes in Singapore have free wireless network. So before I obtain internet access at home, a cup of latte will probably be a regular accompany for me on weekend.
Hey, nice pics!!! I also like drawing for fun, and now I think I find my teacher 🙂
I like this picture.
very nice !
How do you color this picture, i wonder? Did you scan the whole painting or do you color it using illus program?
Teach me!
OMG, U are so talent! Can I ask you to paint one for me? =)
Talented I meant…you know how bad my spelling is. But you get my point though… You\’re good!
How is life at Singapore? I can picture it already… a warm Saturday afternoon, a small but relaxed coffee shop, light music at background, a cup of latte with coco smell … put the chair forward, lean your back on it, drawing or internet surfing… life can not be better! hehe…
Po Ye: I drew the whole thing in com, using a program called Painter, but it\’s based on a sketch I done quickly in a notebook.
Ryoyi: I\’m just an amateur la, not as talented as you think. Your view of my life is much more beautiful than what actually happened I think, but it\’s always good to have beautiful dreams.
The teacher I mentioned to you about may have vacancies on the weekdays – 7 pm – 10pm. Would you be interested? 🙂
Thanks for the info, Siew Yan, but I don\’t think I\’d be able to make it on weekdays though as work hours vary a lot. For now I guess I\’ll have to stick with drawing at home for fun.
